Source Port Services – Terms of Service Agreement

This document is an outline of the legal agreement between Source Port Services and it's customers. We reserve the right to make changes to this document at any time without prior notice to our customers.

Section 1. - Universal Terms Of Use for Source Port Services Hosted Web Sites

By using the services offered on this web site you verify that you will never use this service for any type of fraudulent activities. You also agree to not post any content in your website or communications that is vulgar, violent, pornographic, or containing any content that would be illegal in any State in the USA. This web site is intended for use by citizens in the United States of America only. If you are found to be in violation of these terms your website can be suspended without notice.

Section 2. - Source Port Services Responsibilities and Guarantees

Web Hosting - The web server that your web site runs on is monitored 24/7. Every effort is put forth to ensure 99% uptime. Source Port Services is responsible for the good operation of the web server that our hosted sites run on. Source Port Services is also responsible for providing technical support to our customers for web server related issues. We will respond to your support requests within 48 hours or less.

In-Home/In-Office Repair Service - Source Port Services is responsible for the good care and safe operation of your computer systems while in our possession.

Section 3. - Terms Of Service for Web Hosting & Web Design

It is your sole responsibility to backup your files and databases associated with your website. Source Port Services is in no way responsible for data loss do to file corruption, virus infection or accidental deletion. You agree that any transactions and conversations between yourself and other users are solely between yourself and the other users. Source Port Services is in no way responsible for the business dealings of our customers with other people.

You understand that there might be a minimal amount of downtime needed for web site updates, feature upgrades, or unforeseen server issues. You agree that this minimal amount of downtime is needed to improve services and features offered by this web site. Most of the web site updates will be made seamlessly, and will not interrupt normal usage. In the unfortunate event that there is a short or extended web server outage, you agree that it is not the fault of the Source Port Services web site. If you have purchased a service that is affected by server downtime, you are Not entitled to any form of compensation or refund. If there is any type of compensation to be made, it is at the sole discretion of the administrator.

Section 4. - Terms Of Service for In-Home, In-Office, & Carry-In Computer Repair Service

By requesting Source Port Services to work on your Home or Business computer equipment you understand we offer a best effort service only. We will never intentionally delete any of your data files. If there is a possibility that your data could be corrupt or lost we will try our best to get your data off of the failing system safely, with no guarantee of results. You hereby release all liability from the Source Port Services and its employees of any liability from data loss due to hardware failure. Payment is due at time services are rendered.
